Questions we get asked
Do I need to download an app?
No. OnlinePOS runs in a web browser on any type of device, so there is no app to download.
Does OnlinePOS work when the internet goes down?
Yes. OnlinePOS works both online and offline. For the best offline experience, we recommend the Lenovo Tiny desktop computer in our hardware package.
Where can I see plans and prices?
Plans start from GYD 36,000 a year for Basic, paid yearly upfront. Full plans, limits and prices are on our main site: Plans and prices (opens computingcore.net).
Is hosting included?
Yes. All OnlinePOS plans include hosting at no charge, and there is no domain charge for POS.
Does OnlinePOS include accounting?
The Enterprise plan includes the full accounting package: general ledger, chart of accounts, profit and loss, balance sheet, VAT/GRA filing reports, bank reconciliation, expense tracking and exports for your accountant.
Can I run more than one location?
Yes. The Premium and Enterprise plans allow multiple locations, with stock transfers between branches.
